Terms at a glance

Clear rules for using our websites and services.

Client agreements control

A signed proposal, order form, SOW or service agreement governs the paid services it covers.

Use responsibly

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or copy protected materials without permission.

No automatic results

Marketing outcomes vary. Any written performance guarantee applies only under its stated conditions.

Commercial terms are separate

Pricing, payment, scope, cancellation, refunds and ownership are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Website and service terms

These general Terms govern your use of Triangle AI Systems websites, landing pages, forms, booking pages, content and communications. They also supplement, but do not replace, any separate written agreement covering paid professional services.

Important distinction: signed client agreements control paid services.

If you purchase services from Triangle, the applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, master services agreement or other signed agreement governs those services. These Terms supplement that agreement but do not replace it.

01

Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Triangle AI Systems (“Triangle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of websites, landing pages, forms, booking pages, content, communications and other online experiences that link to these Terms.

By accessing or using an applicable website or submitting information through it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.

Client agreements control paid services.

If you purchase services from Triangle, the applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, master services agreement or other signed agreement will govern those services.

02

03

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Website. If you use the Website or schedule a consultation on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Website is intended primarily for business owners, operators, authorized employees and other business users. It is not directed to children.

04

Permitted website use

Subject to these Terms, Triangle grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for legitimate business evaluation, communication and purchasing purposes.

  • Review information about Triangle and its Services.
  • Submit accurate inquiries, applications or consultation requests.
  • Schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment through the provided booking tools.
  • Use downloadable materials solely for your internal business evaluation unless a separate license states otherwise.
05

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Website or Content in a way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive or inconsistent with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, forms or administrative areas.
  • Introducing malware, malicious code, automated scraping tools or unreasonable traffic loads.
  • Copying, republishing, selling, reverse engineering or creating derivative works from protected Content without permission.
  • Submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, infringing or unlawful information.
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your authority, identity or business.
  • Using the Website to harass, threaten, discriminate against or harm another person.
  • Interfering with security features, analytics, booking tools, forms or normal Website operation.
06

Accuracy of information and submissions

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when submitting a form, scheduling a consultation or communicating with us. You are responsible for information submitted using your contact details or on behalf of your organization.

Information on the Website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. We may update, correct or remove Website content at any time. Although we aim to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that every description, statistic, case study, availability statement or other item will always be complete, current or error-free.

07

Consultations and bookings

Booking a consultation does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance as a client, reserve campaign capacity indefinitely or obligate either party to purchase or provide services.

  1. Scheduling: Appointment availability is shown through the booking tool and may change without notice.
  2. Rescheduling: Use the confirmation or calendar link to reschedule or cancel as early as reasonably possible.
  3. No-shows: Repeated missed appointments or abusive bookings may result in restricted scheduling access.
  4. Qualification: Triangle may decline an opportunity if the business, offer, budget, timeline, compliance posture or operational readiness is not a fit.
08

Client services and separate agreements

Paid Services begin only after the parties agree to applicable commercial terms. The signed client agreement will ordinarily address scope, deliverables, implementation responsibilities, timelines, access requirements, pricing, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, termination and any performance commitment.

If these Terms conflict with an executed client agreement, the executed agreement controls solely with respect to the Services it covers. Statements made in advertising, discovery calls, proposals or Website content do not amend a signed agreement unless the amendment is made in writing by authorized representatives of both parties.

09

Fees, payments, cancellation and refunds

The Website does not itself establish the price or payment terms for professional Services unless a checkout or order page expressly states otherwise. Fees, billing schedules, advertising budgets, expenses, late-payment terms, cancellation rights and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable signed agreement or order terms.

Advertising spend is generally separate.

Unless an agreement expressly states otherwise, media spend, platform charges, software subscriptions, third-party fees, taxes and similar pass-through costs are paid by the client and are not included in Triangle’s professional fees.

Do not assume a payment is refundable. Any refund, credit, make-good or work-free period must be expressly provided in the applicable written agreement.

10

Client and user responsibilities

Successful implementation depends on timely cooperation. Where applicable, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business, offer, customer, financial and campaign information.
  • Maintaining lawful products, services, claims, licenses, permissions, privacy notices and consent practices.
  • Providing timely access to advertising accounts, CRM systems, websites, domains, analytics, creative assets and staff.
  • Reviewing and approving material claims, pricing, offers, disclaimers, targeting and creative before launch when approval is requested.
  • Responding to leads promptly and maintaining adequate sales, fulfillment and customer-service capacity.
  • Protecting account credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
11

Results, case studies and performance guarantees

Marketing, sales and business results vary. Performance can be affected by offer quality, pricing, market conditions, competition, advertising budgets, platform decisions, tracking accuracy, lead response time, sales execution, fulfillment capacity, regulatory restrictions and other factors outside Triangle’s control.

Case studies, testimonials, examples, forecasts, projections and past results are illustrative and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar outcome.

Written guarantee terms control.

Any statement that Triangle will work free, continue working, provide a credit or offer another remedy applies only when included in a signed agreement and is subject to all eligibility requirements, baseline definitions, measurement rules, client responsibilities, exclusions and remedy limitations stated there.

12

Email, telephone and SMS communications

When you provide contact information, we may use it to respond to your inquiry, confirm or manage an appointment, communicate about a requested service, administer a business relationship, or send marketing communications where permitted and consistent with the consent language presented at collection.

Text-message terms

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase where stated. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

STOP to opt out HELP for help

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe link in the message. Transactional or relationship communications may continue when necessary to manage an inquiry, appointment or active service relationship.

13

Intellectual property

The Website and its Content—including branding, copy, layouts, graphics, videos, frameworks, processes, systems, code, reports, methods and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Triangle and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Website under these Terms, no license or ownership right is transferred to you. Client ownership or license rights in custom deliverables are governed by the applicable signed agreement and may depend on full payment.

Triangle AI Systems names, logos, service names and related marks may not be used without prior written permission.

14

Third-party platforms, links and services

The Website and Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms such as advertising networks, social-media sites, form providers, scheduling tools, CRM systems, analytics services, hosting providers, payment processors and communications platforms.

Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Triangle does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, security, policies, decisions, suspensions, pricing changes, data loss, outages or content. Your use of a third-party service may require a separate account and acceptance of that provider’s terms.

15

Confidentiality, feedback and testimonials

Do not submit trade secrets, regulated data or highly sensitive information through a general Website form unless we have specifically requested it and an appropriate agreement is in place. Confidentiality obligations for client work are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas or general feedback about the Website or Services, you grant Triangle a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you as the source without permission.

We will use a client’s name, logo, testimonial, campaign data or case-study information publicly only as permitted by the applicable agreement, a separate written authorization, or applicable law.

16

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND GENERAL WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.

Triangle disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, continuous availability, platform approval, lead quality, revenue, profit, return on ad spend or any specific business result.

Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulatory advice. You should consult qualified professionals regarding obligations specific to your business, industry, location and advertising practices.

17

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIANGLE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY OR ADVERTISING SPEND, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO WEBSITE USE.

For claims arising solely from free use of the Website, Triangle’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid specifically to access the Website during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Liability concerning paid Services is governed by the applicable signed client agreement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

18

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Triangle and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and reasonable legal fees arising out of or related to your unlawful Website use, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, false or unauthorized submissions, or misuse of Content.

Indemnification obligations relating to paid Services are governed by the applicable signed client agreement.

19

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, abused a booking or communication channel, or interfered with normal operation.

You may stop using the Website at any time. Ending Website use does not cancel an active client agreement or eliminate obligations that accrued before termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity and dispute provisions—will survive.

20

Disputes and governing terms

Before filing a formal claim relating solely to the Website, you agree to send a written description of the dispute and allow the parties at least 30 days to attempt a good-faith informal resolution.

Any signed client agreement will control the governing law, forum, arbitration, mediation, notice and dispute procedures for paid Services. If no signed agreement applies, disputes relating to the Website will be governed by applicable law and brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief to protect security, confidential information or intellectual-property rights.

21

General provisions

  • Changes: We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued Website use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • Severability: If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
  • No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or by operation of law.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning general Website use. Executed client agreements separately govern paid Services.
  • Electronic communications: You agree that electronic notices, records and signatures may satisfy legal writing and delivery requirements where permitted.
